Refining Project Under Construction
A key development currently underway is the construction of a 5 million tons per year raw material pretreatment unit, which will further enhance the system’s ability to handle a diverse range of crude feedstocks with improved efficiency and environmental performance. Once operational, this facility will serve as a critical upstream enabler for complex refining operations and strengthen our partners' capacity to produce cleaner, higher-value fuels.
